My Sport Training sample has appeared on ESPN, Comcast Sports Net and a few other major television stations.


Training programs are designed for althletic men and women of all ages and different exercise levels. These programs are designed to help increase Speed, Agility, Strength, Endurance, Explosiveness, and Flexibility.

I Played Football and ran Track for more than 10 years. Worked at local gyms for more than 4 years as a Personal Trainer.

Worked with athletes in Middle School, High School, and College for more than 8 years.

My experience includes coaching Football, Boys & Girls Track at a High School and Collegiate level.

Ran under 4.4 seconds in the 40 yard dash.

At age 32 I set the Keystone states games record in the 200M dashes for age 30 to 34. I was also part of the 4 X 400M relay team that set the Keystone State Games record for age 30 to 34.

Received his certifications from the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) & International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA).
