Health Tips
My workout videos are currently being used as part of my Get On Track To A Healthier Youth program. This program includes going to schools and speaking to students about the importance of exercising at a younger age. The program is geared towards Middle and High school students.
The exercises are meant to strengthen, condition, increase flexibility and tone your entire body.
Due to exercising and good eating habits at a younger age, I was able to excel in several different sports. Which helped me to grow into a strong and healthy adult.
*My Workout Video sample has appeared on on Life Time, Soaps, E and a few other major television stations.

Benefits From Exercising
Remember that eating a healthy breakfast is the best way to start off your day, and be good to yourself by eating a healthy breakfast. Notice how much better you feel through the morning and the rest of the day when you don't skip breakfast.
A healthy breakfast should contain some protein and some fiber. Protein can come from low fat meats, eggs, beans or dairy. Fiber can be found in whole grains, vegetables and fruits.
