DVD #1:
This DVD provides a 35-minute full body workout. This personal training video explains the exercise routines. It describes which parts of the body will be worked out and how to perform the exercises safely and effectively. Each segment is followed by an actual demonstration. This DVD contains alternate exercises that you can perform while sitting down.
DVD #2:
This DVD provides a 30-minute full body workout. Included are instructions for maximizing the effectiveness of the workout based on your own comfort level. You can also work out to your own music by following the on-screen text.
DVD #3:
This 20-minute DVD contains a 2-minute jog, full body stretches, cool-down stretches and an 8-minute cardio workout. The short but intense cardio session is a non-stop body moving and heart-pumping workout.
